What is eMAM?

Powerful Media Asset
Management Platform!

eMAM™ is a media asset management platform that gives users powerful tools to find and use lightweight proxy or native resolution media from any number of local or cloud storage and archive systems. With scores of best-in-breed integrations, eMAM can provide complete integrated media workflows. eMAM can scale from a small system to one designed to meet the needs of the largest organizations.

Storage and Archive Management

eMAM allows users to directly manage the original/native resolution content in any local or cloud location directly from the web interface.

Collaboration Tools

The eMAM web interface can be used to create projects, assign media, mark, sub clip, and create timelines. Using original or mezzanine media locally or in the cloud, editors and artists can use integrated apps (Adobe CC, DaVinci Resolve and Apple FCP X) for craft editing and design with review and approval, media management, and other tools.

Sharing and Delivery Tools

Links to media can be shared by social media or branded emails. Media can be delivered in any required format to newsroom, broadcast, and web streaming/publishing systems.

RECENT CASE STUDIES

Sports: Horse Racing Club

eMAM Enterprise gave the Horse Racing Club a multi-site platform that automates race ingest, metadata parsing, and legacy archive migration, replacing manual Excel-driven workflows. The result is faster search, quicker highlight turnaround, and a resilient, scalable system with built-in disaster recovery.

Production: Acun Medya

Acun Medya deployed eMAM Enterprise to unify a sprawling, fragmented media archive across its international production teams, adding proxy-based search, Adobe Premiere integration, and Active Directory SSO for secure, remote collaboration. The result is faster media access, reduced manual work, and a scalable, secure infrastructure supporting the company's ongoing global content production.

News: Israel Hayom

Facing chaotic, disorganized video storage as it scaled, Israel Hayom deployed eMAM with a deliberately narrow focus: centralized archiving first, postponing live ingest and in-system editing to build a stable, searchable foundation without disrupting its newsroom. The phased approach delivered secure, structured storage and instant retrieval, driving high user adoption and setting up a scalable base for future workflow expansion.
